D.C Coffee Tour
Here's a run down of an average day in my life:
- Wakes up
- Gets ready
- Goes to a coffee shop and gets a to-go cup of coffee
- Gets in an uber and goes to another coffee shop
- Probably ends up shooting someone or something
That's basically what Emma and I did this past weekend and I was completely okay with it. We hit up three of our favorite coffee spots in the city and snapped some photos along the way.
First stop was La Colombe in Blagden Alley. This is a photographer's dream - and the coffee is delicious too. Exposed brick, natural light and all that good stuff were a fine start to the day.
We then hopped over to my personal favorite, The Coffee Bar on S. I'm addicted - no exaggeration here, I've had 6 iced vanilla lattes within 24 hours from there. Yep, I have a problem. A good problem though! ...Debatable.
Lastly, on the way out I grabbed a quick coffee from The Wydown on 14th. It's not terribly photogenic but their coffee is bomb and that should be the only thing that matters here.
I'd highly recommend any of the three and any of their locations in the city if you're looking to get caffeinated. More on my Instagram from recent hangs.
As always, thanks Em for snapping! Follow her on the gram' @emmaweissphoto
